Refund policy

Due to COVID-19, please note there will be a delay on the processing of all returns to ensure the health and safety of our staff. 

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange.

Please choose carefully, we do not accept returns on change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges 
We will accept exchanges on size if available. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@numodeboutique.com.au and send your item to: 358 Bong Bong St BOWRAL NSW 2576, Australia.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
